Solstice forge where?
hey, so i need to do the quest to "complete and claim a solstice forge bounty" and dont know what is going on. I claim a bounty from eva levante and complete it and then it doesnt progress further. Any advice please?

Solstice requirements are incorrectly showing here in Festival of the Lost. Solstice is a past event, ignore anything that refers to it.

but still tho why eva bounties wont count for this quest? i dont get it, then which bounties should i do?

Because Festival Bounties aren't the same as Solstice Bounties and the Solstice Quest was never meant to be available during the Festival of the Lost Event, it was a bug.
If you still have the Solstice Quest, you won't be able to complete it until the next Solstice Event.

Either keep the Solstice Quest or abandon it to make space for other Quests.
