Lectern of Enchantment does not unlock.
As you can guess I am doing Shadowkeep Campaign. I gathered 3 essences and I must forge them on the Lectern. However, when I go there ther is no interraction button. I googled first and the result was that I should do a mission that I already have done. Maybe I should do Scarlet Keep strike first or place a banner? I am missing something?
