Please follow the steps outlined below to provide an accurate system report. Please do not follow these steps while Destiny 2 is running.
1. Restart your machine.
2. When you log in, please click on the Windows icon, then type dxdiag. If typed correctly, only one command should appear. Please click it. (If you need to enter the credentials of an administrator of the PC, please do so).
3. Allow the tool to run. A green bar should progress on the bottom portion of the window. If you receive any dialogue boxes as it progresses, please address them accordingly.
4. Once the tool is completed, please click on the "Save All Information" button. Save the resulting text file in an easy to find location, such as your Desktop. Then, close the tool.
5. Open the text file you just created and copy all of text to your clipboard by selecting all of it (Ctrl+A) and copying it (Ctrl +C OR rightclick and click Copy). Then, close the file.
6. Go to pastebin.com
7. In the text box below, paste all of the text in the box.
8. If you would like to make your system specs hidden, you can change the Paste Exposure to Unlisted. This will hide it from the Public section of the site but still allow people to view your Paste. Then, click the Create New Paste button.
9. Copy the resulting URL and reply back to this comment with the URL.

Thanks for your time :-)
HI, from what i've seen and read it's either your cpu isn't supported or is below requirements. No clue what made you buy Snapdragon cpu laptop but if you can and have time to refund it do so and look at something that has separate gpu & cpu, and belongs to nvidia/intel/amd (best case scenario). Since this cpu uses Native ARM, not many games supports it and will likely prompt you with a message saying ARM64 Cpu is not supported.
Your 2nd option is to use cloud gaming like GeForceNOW or stay on xbox.
I'm not a professional by any stretch of imagination but i believe this is why you can't launch the game.
have a look at this link (razer support faq, no malware, don't worry):
https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1917/~/how-to-fix-razer-synapse-3-when-it-crashes-or-fails-to-start#:~:text=Right-click%20on%20the%20Razer%20Central%20icon%20in%20the,Manager%22%20if%20the%20issue%20persists.%20Go%20to%20%E2%80%9CServices%E2%80%9D.
How can you not immidiately see the issue is the cpu and it's architecture and platform thereof?
Also how can you not understand it immidiately as a developer and have to ask about it?
I'm also baffled by how an developer has only a simple arm system, and singular at that.
I've got 4 arm systems, not including phones or tablets/laptops, and twice as many on x86, and i consider that very little, and in development usually just test stuff basically.
Also "CoPilot" is preliminary either way and not stable for either gaming or development, unless your specifically developing for that platform for future apps on there.
And even then you should be developing on a stable platform, with just libs etc. for the target - which is the normal thing to do since forever.
In other words, this thread/topic doesn't make sense.
