Constantly opening on wrong monitor
So I have three screens and Destiny keeps opening on the far most right monitor regardless of how i change setting since it is "monitor 1" per system, even after moving it to the middle monitor where i want it.
How do I make sure that it opens in the middle each time?
No, Windows+shift+arrow key is not a permanent fix as I have to do that every time I open the game.

Did you confirm monitor order in display settings? If not

Go to windows settings > display. Tap the identify button. If the monitor that Destiny keeps appearing on is on the number 1 monitor, you can move the monitor orientation in that display setting window too.

If nothing else just physiclly rearrange the monitors if you can :)

so it keeps going to the #1 monitor, due to that being a display port which I dont use for games, more for discord, chats, VScode, etc. so I *could* move it, but thats not a solution.
my main display is monitor #3 - which doesnt take DP and is in the center.

Ok, in the display settings at the top is a box representing all three monitors. Your #3 monitor, figure out where it is in that chart. If its off to the side you can click and drag the box representing it to the middle. That may help.
