Go to CDKeys instead and get the legendary edition which = beyond light/forsaken/shadowkeep. Then get the witch queen deluxe edition+30th anniversary for cheaper than what you'd pay on the store.

Only if they offered it at a discounted price which they would t have to do. There are plenty of packages/bundles available on Steam that offer the convenience of a single purchase without offering any discounts. In fact these can sometimes end up costing more if the individual products are discounted but the package isn't.
