Like that you need to kill the anathemas to damage the bosses

Killing the Anathemas isn't enough, you have to pick up the spheres they drop to get the harmony buff. Then you can shoot the bosses shields down.
After the shield is gone, everyone can do damage to the boss, even without the harmony buff.

throw the orb to a team m8 and let them throw it to boss, so you can start damage phase immidiately. And no, people don't generally know this, statistically from my experience it's about 33% that know 67 that dont know. Roughly.

Yeah I know, but I feel like most people that play in the blind well just sorta.. Don't.

it's usually 1-2 guardians carrying the run, like mentioned, they don't know about the buff to deplete the shields. But to be fair there really ain't no explanation unless you actually look for it lol
