I missed last season. Is it possible to somehow get a super black shader now?

As of now?, no.

The Shader "Twilight Keepsake" is part of the Festival of the Lost Event and only obtainable during the Event.

The Superblack Shader was part of the Into the Light update but since the Hall of Champions no longer exist the Shader is currently unobtainable.

I'm suspecting Bungie will add the Superblack Shader as part of the Festival of the Lost Event either as a reward for participating in the Event or as said above as part of the Bright Dust store.
