Does anyone know how to imbue Sublime Armor?

I completed a ton of Solstice bounties, and I got all the armor pieces. I then did the next step after getting each piece of armor. I did so while using my normal armor, and turned it in as normal. Now there are no more quests showing for me, but I don't see any incandescent ingots.

OK I might just be dumb. My armor has the white glow, and I think I've finished with the armor. Now to farm the rest of the challenges.

If it is glowing white the armour will be fully imbued.
