Also there's a few ways to get overshield. They're just all bad. Repulsor Brace MAY be decent, Graviton Lance is fine, but both require shielded enemies to proc.
You need a weapon with heal like Red Death Reformed.
Personally I switched back to Strand, dmg reduction constant heal extra melee dmg, constant power melee up, lower enemy dmg with The Call (slice), constant heal from banner of war and Red Death Reformed.
Constant healing creating tangles dmg reduction, far less stressful than prismatic.
