All you have to do is to join someone else who is doing their 3rd puzzle, and you can get all 3 without doing any of them yourself. Thats what happened to someone else who joined me on my last run in there. Shame it doesnt have other rewards, ie pinnacles/high exotic stat drops or so. Kind of wasted opportunity, yet again.

Yes, if you're fast enough. If you don't want to work the vault puzzles out, just use Esoterrick's video on YouTube and follow that. If you get to the vault with about 6 minutes left on the clock you should be ok, I'm pretty sure solving puzzles 1 and 2 adds another minute to the clock per puzzle.
