I personally prefer Precious Scars if you have it otherwise my second choice would be One-Eyed Mask.
Mask of the Quiet One is 'okay' for normal difficulties but is very risky for higher difficulties as again the full health on kills only triggers while you're critically wounded and you don't really wanna face-to-face a fight while you're about to die.
As any other exotic armors prior to The Final Shape, it's random drop. You can try you luck and focus your exotic engrams on Rahool on the tower. If you did reset your Rahool rank, it unlocks a third focus decoding that lets you focus exotic armor of your choice even if you didn't unlocked them but requires one exotic engram and one exotic cipher.
In addition: You can still get a guaranteed non-owned drop from the Vex Strike Force event on Neomuna.
Precious Scars out of the ones listed is leaps and bounds more helpful than the others.
Precious Scars activates on ANY matching elemental kill for your subclass. You can run damn near any weapon you like so long as the element matches your subclass, works for ANY subclass btw, unless you want to run Ember of Benevolence and make a support build, which is fun you should try it because it makes your cooldowns insanely short. On top of that it's a very very VERY short cooldown on this effect and can repeatedly apply restoration in an aura around you when you apply it to yourself.
The other two are meh at best. Mask of the Quiet one requires you to be in red health and on any content that's ACTUALLY difficult red health 90% of the time means you're already dead. One Eyed is a pvp exotic and it's not even that great anymore. Skipping it won't affect you and overshields are dogwater, hence the main issue with Void titan as a whole.
That being said, almost any of the most used exotics will increase your survival even if it's indirectly. Knockout + melee spam with Synthos is just as good at keeping you alive if not better since you're killing enemies constantly. I would suggest picking up Precious Scars just so you can learn your subclasses and their strengths better before dropping it for something you can do some real damage with like Hazardous Propulsion or Synthos. Bungie won't let us flex build variety much because we're the red headed step children of the destiny universe so don't get your hopes up with things like Actium War Rig, or Armamentarium. You're doomed to punch with the rest of us.
Otherwise i still play with "HAZARDOUS PROPULSION" on Prisma with Void Ultimate. 100 Res and Kiting is more than enough to easily stay alive. And ofc i also love to use that Chestpiece mod "CONCUSSIVE DAMPENER" for aoe damage reduction.
