New Exotics

How do you get the new Exotics? For example the Chest for Titan that shoots Rockets when you use your Class Ability or the new Exotic Class Items? I googeld it and it says you have to get an Exotic engram from the New Activities and when you hit right Click on it in your Inventory you can preview the things that can come out of it.

Over the Last couple Weeks ive gotten probably ~20-30 Exotics from all kind of different sources ( Season Pass, Strike drops, Xur etc.) and a lot of them where during the new Activities where you do those 3 x 1000 Points and then kill the Boss and every single Exo engram was the same one with the exact same Items, even in the preview. So how do i get them?

The class items have to first be unlocked by completing a quest called dual destiny.

Its a fair slog to unlock and required a well organised team of two to complete. Strictly 2 man content. Then they can drop from the last chest ion the over flow events. or can run dual destiny over and over again. The perks are random so getting a good roll could take a while.

Unlocking dual destiny in basic terms:

Overflow each zone.
After an overflow hunt a queens wizard and kill it during that downtime event.
after all three are dead you and another head towards a green glowing light in the middle of the map. Both kill a tormentor and grab and orb and deposit said orb at the way point location. That will unlock the mission.

B: By reseting Rahool's Rank it unlocks a new focus decoding page that allows you to unlock exotic armors you haven't aquired yet, it however requires 1x exotic engram and 1x exotic cipher.

As far as I remember Bungie also said the new focus decoding will be the source for unlocking upcoming exotic armors.
