Stuck in Encore, Parodos fight

Been trying to rearrange modules for quite a while now, no possible way to continue.

Either I am missing something or this is a softlock and according to other people disconnecting, crashing etc. you gotta do the whole mission again. That's fantastic news.

I had the same issue and I wasted a couple hours trying to figure it out. So I left. Came back again, for the 3rd time; and those circles that you have to capture didn’t spawn on the same side on day 1. They spawned (if facing enemy) to the right end and then to the left end. So I just kept going in loops, assuming that that little capture point would be on the left side.. it could just be me but that’s what happen to me and I just finished it. Idk if I made sense haha. It could be bug or just me or us. Never saw the weak point inside the shield though. I was just hunting for ammo and circled back to another red circle to defend.

The capture point's side is random.

I did this mission for about 178 minutes only because the shield break point did not want to appear in the second phase (2 times it didn't appear in 3rd phase). And now they still want me to do this mission on Expert? Hell Nah. >_<

Terribly tedious that such a detail can spoil the gameplay of a single mission. I hope they know what the situation is and fix this bug.

Yeah it's pretty bad. Dying and replaying it sometimes gets me to the dang near end and then the final weak spot doesn't spawn or I only get past 2 weak spots. It's random every time.

Just encountered the bug as well. The way i managed to get around it was to burst his HP down during the first damage phase for "final stand". This way i didn't have to disable any shields or do any of the mechanics, just went to mid and killed him.

This is the current work around yes. You can also stop DPS if you can't manage to go straight to 3rd phase in a single DPS phase, just make sure to stop prior to his healthgate that spawns the red walls.

The trick for me was to not over do it during the first Parodos damage phase. Don't use a super or heavy weapon. It will take more damage phases, but it is no more difficult.

You're done with the game because you can't close cheat software ?
