How to get Shadow Price?

It's a Nightfall weapon that only drops in a Nightfall / Grandmaster activity.

It's currently not in rotation but maybe in rotation when the next Act starts next week according to gm.report.

so, from what i understand : exactly right now i CAN'T get it, cuz it's drops from one specific nightfall, am i right?
