is there a way to fully replay the shadowkeep campaign and all subsequent ones?

You can play them on all three characters, then you can delete and make a new character to play again, but you lose all progress on the character you delete.

however I reccomend getting a new acc, skip the new light quest and buy there shadowkeep for 2 bux, while summer sale is active

You dont need to buy anything to access the shadowkeep campaign, as it was rolled into base game, along with beyond light campaign, with Final Shape release.
