Try both an Expert Breach and an Expert Nightfall and come back and tell us why.
Plus technically, if you want Matchmade Expert Nightfall, just go to Fireteam finder, Create a group with Auto join and no requirements.
Primary Example: The Corrupted Strike, or just any strike that has some sort of mechanic or champions that need to be killed before the "encounter" ends so they don't despawn.
That's not matchmaking.
That is in fact the opposite of Matchmaking.
If you don't have champion mods or elemental effects to stun them, I don't care how much you think you know the mechanics of the GM. You're not doing it.
So yes, Stats and Weapons do matter. A whole lot.
One can say that about anything. It still works very well, people tend to grind mostly on double nightfalls anyway, the occassional skipped champion in a random gm isn't going to cause any issue. For the most part, people do seem to know what they're doing. I tend to throw heavy on champs in such situations to avoid skipping, if i can, but its no big deal.
I wouldn't worry about it. MM is great.
