Destiny 2 The Final Shape, campaign, is awful sweat trash.
Just filled with constant add Hell trash.

Whole thing design wise, just meant to draw out play time. Is tedious, frustrating, and boring, not challenging.

When you get to any one of events, the mechanics are a bore, being designed to yet again drag things out, and be tedious. The House Salvation cave encounter, being no re-spawn demonstrates this with the amount of one shots and start overs it took. Whole thing was rail road design, 'Play the meta or perish' trash.

Transcendence mechanic, not needed, just tossed in to make things more tedious. Doesn't deliver a single thing on what they were saying it would from the dev video that dropped before Into the Light. Maybe better outside the campaign for TFS, but in it, nah is pointless except for making things take way longer.

Honestly, would say the Light Fall campaign was better then TFS so far, just for how much sweat trash it is and not being tuned for what a typical 'normal' level would be.

The campaign is easier than the ones before, even on legendary. Yes, last boss is hard. But not because you get chased 24/7.

Cleared legendary with all 3 classes. Used prismatic on titan and hunter (cause i had everything unlocked for them) and solar lock.
Prismatic is kinda annoying, i will give you that. But not a big deal, strand was way worse.

The house of salvation encounter, with all the traps. Whats the problem? Whole thing screams take it slow. Or do it like i did on legendary with warlock. Super to kill adds and restoration 2 and 100 resilence to ignore the mines. Dawnblade not well or the new one.

No person can honestly say the campaign for TFS is easier than previous campaigns. Sure, those were more challenging, but they were doable and more fun than this one is. This thing is just filled with add trash and dev cheese designs to make it as tedious as can be.

Sorry mate. But i say, TFS is easier than previous campaigns. The only bad thing is prismatic, if you don´t have all fragments unlocked to run a proper prism build.
Sorry again, but all bosses are just so easy. Every single boss is a copy of something you should have seen before. If you struggle with adds? Well git gud. Your problem if you run 100% single target stuff now. 1 weapon slot is enough for add clear.
Only new boss is the last one. And thats a mechanic boss.

100% agree. Game is just a tedious chore to play anymore.

Its like Bungie watched Esoterickk videos and were like "Average destiny player right there. Lets make the game more tedious."

the problem is there are too few checkpoints

the design is so it's annoying and death happens easily without it being a skill issue...

also regarding the mechanics: no1 cares for them and are basically a time waste e.g.

don't make me spin some machine ten times or make me find out how the puzzles work if it is just the normal campaign for the general public

i get there are boss fights and generally: a challenge but:

good game design creates a challenge without it being annoying bc that is what they did:

they added mucho annoying stuff acting like it's a wild fight

it ain't bungie lol. If that is the final shape of the product im glad u don't work in construction
