Cross platform / dlc
How does Destiny 2 work cross platform?
For example: I have the legacy pack on my XBOX.
If I log in on PC (and possibly: buy the other dlc) can I access all of it or how does it work?

All it means is PC and console players can play together. There is no indication of cross progression between the platforms.

Whatever you own on console or PC, stays there

You'll keep and can use anything you earned (weapons, armor etc) from those DLC's on all platforms, however, you won't have access to continue playing any of the DLC content (missions etc) without buying again on your new platform.
