Best craftable none exotic energy shotgun?

I am looking for a good none exotic craftable energy shotgun that doesnt need to be unlocked by playing raids

There are only two that fit that description (Ikelos SG or Without Remorse). Both were old seasonal weapons so I'm pretty sure the only way to get deepsights of them is either to use resonance on copies from Xur or Banshee or to get lucky pulling weapons from Xur,

you can get ikelos weapons from that one satellite infiltration thing that i know but i dont really like the ikelos shotgun
