Cant complete The Quest (EXALTING The Flame) step 3.

Im not sure whats the problem im trying to get the (Young Ahamkara's Spine} the quest wants me to complete the lost sector skydock IV in the EDz and loot the lost sector chest but when i go to the location show theres no banner and my director shows nothing about the lost sector if anyone could tell me what the problem is that would be a great help

You don't need a banner unless it's specifically asking for Legend or Master Lost Sectors.
For a standard Lost Sector completion like that, you just walk in and fight your way through.

(If you are trying to find it - scroll the EDZ map up to show the Sunken Isles section, and use the landing point there. Skydock IV is the symbol to the left of the words 'Echion Hold'.)
