Its not even that good tbh. It was good back in the day but its very mehh now. You are better off using different gun all together tbh. Jade rabbit cata is better (if you have good aim).

how good or bad it is means literally nothing its all about having it just to have it and I use alot of different stuff I dont meta slave ever

If you have a bunch of unfinished catalysts, usually you need to finish them first before new ones will drop. There's like a hidden catalyst "bounty" inventory that's getting full and preventing them from dropping, or something idunno.
