Voice chat doesnt work

PLATFORM: Playstation (PS5)

ISSUE: Voice chat forced to: Off, and it cannot be changed to: On (by default)

REPORT STEPS:
1. Launching Destiny 2 on ps5
2. Go to SOCIAL settings
3. Voice chat forced to: Off

ACTUAL RESULT: Cannot talk or chat with my fireteam

EXPECTED RESULT: Can talk or chat with my fireteam

NOTES: I have the same issue with the text chat and i cant chat on the destiny 2 app and invitation the invitation system on the app doesnt work properly

But it's been like that for ages, if all are on pc platform it seems to work, if all started the game with voice chat *already* enabled, but different platforms - d2 says nah.

Have you updated your Bungie account to include your birthday? I saw another post about this, and it seemed that updating your connected bungie account would solve this issue (my guess is to keep underage kids from hearing/speaking in chat etc)
