to get the dungeon exotic do i need to complete whole dungeon or i can just kill final boss on each character?

It's enough if you only ever make the boss.

It's per class, not per character.

I couldn't even get out of the cage....i kept dying, so i gave up, after the 3rd death...its no fun....never trying a dungeon again, waste of time.

idk i liked this dungeon very much
pretty chill bosses and puzzles and the atmosphere of the dungeon is so cool
