just another reason not to come back if you have to wait weeks just to get a weapon that you had years ago. if anything it goes to show they aint really adding anything new other then a bad survival mode done in games 10 years ago

I believe the ones with the special skins are time gated but the normal ones will stay
Edit: the ones with double perks are gated but the weapons themselves will drop with the same loot pools afterwards

A reskin is when you take something and change nothing but the skin. Changing the perks is not a reskin, it's an altering of the weapon, making it not exactly like the old one.
