fullscreen broken?

So launcehd the game today and it no longe r aunches in full screen? Went to settings to try and put it in full screen and no matter what it just....forces it into windowed? Windowed full screen works, but after setting it to that and then trying full screen again it now forces it back/into windowed full screen instead

If you are on an Nvidia card i would try the following-
Win Key
"Nvidia Control Panel"
>Display
>Adjust desktop size & resolution
>Scaling
>>Full Screen

with the game open or closed? And I should specify that the in game settings when I say are "forcing" it, it is showing that in the settings so I set to full screen it kicks it back to windowed fulls creen in the settings in ccase that matters

Definitely have the game open, I would also try "Alt+Enter"

about to try the nvidia thing but I did just try alt enter. It "works" but again kicks the game kicks itself back to windowed or windowed fullscreen. I can tell because I can see the setting flash to full screen and for just a second. I also ende dup checking some other games and it seems destiny specific so far off to check the nvidia thing!

My ENTIRE comptuer looks better! It looks like it was set to "aspect ratio" and for some reason it was just NOW messing with destiny

mostly preferance, but also a few games have had issues when I used to run in borderless.

Turn on Exclusive Fullscreen - If possible, always be in Exclusive Fullscreen mode. This will bypass the windows compositor that adds latency.
