99% of the game is just making sure you aren't caught out of cover since Destiny has so much aim assist that fights generally come down to who ever has better positioning and shoots first.
Combos like Igneous Hammer w/ Golden Tricorn or Combined Action w/ Adagio can, indeed, 2-tap headshot at most Resilience levels.
I have been proven wrong on the internet, nvm
For example, in iron banner, i was the only one on the team trying to control mid map while my whole team was just trying to team shot on 1 corner of the map because it was the most active for them, this allowed a couple ape shotgun rushers to zig zag around cover and run straight through mid map and easily take out the whole team from behind/side, its almost like getting boxed in to get shot from every angle. If i just had 1 guardian with me JUST 1, we could've prevented that by easily team shotting anyone that tried to rush.
Most of the time all u need is one mid range/long range weapon paired with short range weapon.
Missed that part of the patchnotes, I guess lmao
Does Scarlet Semblance still drop from PvP?
But a lot of items and perks are build around radar, so i guess this would never be an option.
Jokes aside as someone who has casually run Iron-Banner since the launch. PvP changes consistently, "Meta builds" are a thing but also seem to change on a weekly basis.
The best tip to be "gud" at destiny PVP is just situational awareness, if an enemy runs around a corner. Throw a grenade but don't chase, if an enemy is sniping or holding a doorway, flank.
Broken shields followed by a melee in typical bungo fashion is a one tap, so using classic halo tap 'em and smack 'em combo is your bread and butter.
Always remember the golden rule, if your team is in front of you the enemy is behind you.
