Does multiple prestiges at Banshee-44 cause world drop weapons to have optional perks like Vangaurd, Gambit Etc?

Like if your prestige 3 or higher at vangaurd, theres a decent chance a vangaurd weapon drops with optional perks sometimes in one slot sometimes in the other sometimes both. Does anyone know if this works with Banshee-44? And if so I would assume the world drop weapons you can find in lost sectors, opening prime engrams etc.

Ima do my own research, im gonna get rank reset 3 at Banshee-44 and gonna pay attention to weapons I get from prime engrams and open as many banshee engrams as I can. Your prob right but until I know for sure I will not stop.

In my opinion, even if this isnt a thing I think it should be. It would give a little bit more love to Banshee-44 and more purpose to him. I've always thought that Banshee-44's vendor could be so so much more than he is now.

No, only Zavala, Lord Shaxx and Drifter have this ability. Even Trials and Iron Banner weapons do not get multiple perks in the third and fourth columns upon reset. I've already reset my rank numerous times at all vendors this season and only the three from the ritual playlist activities get multiple perk selection.

Believe me, I wish it were different too.
