Crafting quest: Stuck on leveling glaive to level 3

I leveled ahead the glaive to 10 from the quest and it would not allow me to progress.
Do I have to craft it again?

Did you level it through use or by purchasing the levels with materials, if the latter try actually getting the required level I creases through use and see if that updates.

I did level through mats.

This happened to me too. Levelled up even past level 3 and the quest doesn't budge...
