Proximity Explosive Knife / Caliban's Hand
Back after 2 years, was playing Solar for the last couple of days, using the Proximity Explosive Knife, if you get a kill and it explodes, it would reset the knife instantly.

Was this just nerfed? Because now it's not resetting. Can't find any verbiage on it anywhere.
