June expansion will give newcomers full acces?
If I just only buy the june expansion in june, will I be able to play most of the content as other players will be playing it? Or will I be locked out from allot of content that others will be playing, and that I cannot play, unless I buy all expansions... ?

No, you will have limited access to a lot of older content.

If you look at the TWID from 5/9, you will have access to the Shadowkeep and Beyond Light campaigns as well as the Stasis subclass. However, stuff like the Garden of Salvation and Deep Stone Crypt raids are still locked behind their respective expansion purchase. They will be introducing a new Legacy Collection 2024 which will include all the older expansions.

Without getting the older expansions, you will be locked out of various content like raids and certain Nightfalls. Expansion exotics will still be locked behind the expansions.

Currently the expansions from Shadowkeep through The Witch Queen and the four seasonal activities from this past year are free for everyone to play, so you should take advantage of this as much as you can.

Additionally, there are the dungeon keys, which are not sold as part of the expansion packages, which need to be purchased from the in game store.

Thank you.

I hope it wont be 590 dollars xD
I need to buy it two times so I can play it with a friend.

To be clear, it is not $500+ dollars for the older expansions.

Steam is unable to differentiate between the expansions and the bundles and instead lumps them all together as DLC, which is why it shows as $500 dollars.

The current bundles are:
- Armory Collection: Has Forsaken Pack and 30th Anniversary Pack
- Legacy Collection 2023: Has Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, and The Witch Queen.

The Content is as follows:
- Forsaken Pack: Has the Shattered Throne dungeon and Last Wish raid.
- 30th Anniversary Pack: Has Grasp of Avarice and the exotic Gjallarhorn rocket launcher
- Shadowkeep: Has Pit of Heresy dungeon and Garden of Salvation raid.
- Beyond Light: Has the Deep Stone Crypt raid.
- The Witch Queen: Has Vow of the Disciple raid.
- The Witch Queen Dungeon Key: Unfortunately, this is a separate purchase from the in-game store, you get access to Duality and Spire of the Watcher.
- Lightfall Dungeon Key: Also, only from the in-game store, but can currently be purchased with the Lightfall +Annual Pass Edition. Gives you access to Ghosts of the Deep and Warlord's Ruin dungeon.

Wait for a sale and for the Legacy Collection 2024 is what I would advise. You can quite often get the older Legacy stuff for very cheap.

This month, Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, and Witch Queen are all fully free.
Into and past June, Shadowkeep and Beyond light (campaigns only) will be free.

The Shadowkeep and Beyond Light campaigns only and the Stasis subclasses will remain free after June 4th, but as I indicted in my previous comment the raids will be locked behind the expansions. Exotics specific to those expansions (stuff like Lament from Beyond Light or Parasite from The Witch Queen) will also be locked to them at that point.

As Kylito said above, currently the older expansions are all fully free (minus Lightfall) for all players to play and enjoy until The Final Shape launches.
