How do I access Beyond Light as someone who is just returning

I just got back into the game, didn't buy the DLC when it released and now wanted to try things out with the open access. Where do I access Beyond Light so I can get started? Thanks in advance.

Fairly certain Beyond Light is still paid, no? Well it's accessed on Europa. It just sort of, begins when trying to go there.

Hi there!

Beyond Light can be started from the Europa map. You can start the introductory mission to it, On Darkness' Doorstep, from the bottom of the map.

It starts on Europa. If you are able to land there already, then you must have completed the first mission prior, since the first mission for each campaign is free for everyone. If this is the case, then you either need to go speak with Variks on Europa to continue the quest, or check the quest terminal next to the mail robot in the Tower and see if the quest is in the abandoned section.

According to the latest TWID, the campaigns for Shadowkeep and Beyond Light will remain playable and the Stasis subclass will be available to everyone for free. Currently all campaigns except Lightfall and all the current seasons are available for everyone to play until The Final Shape expansion launches next month.
