maybe theyll change it so that it gets the damage bonus from kills rather than hits, thus moving it to a more general adclear use rather than boss dps. they could then make it not feel like ♥♥♥♥ to use.

it should at least keep the buff as long as you're firing handcannon bullets
I have a 28s bullets seven's seraph with reconstruction and high impact reserves, I barely have the time to use it all. I mean so long you find a way to expand the available ammo for a dps phase, you should be rewarded for it.
aside from that, I wouldn't change anything on lucky pants
this wasnt a suggestion. it was a prediction.
Except Lucky Pants is in no way a similar gear tool to what YAS used to be. Luck Pants are a niche PvE item while YAS was THE hunter exotic in PvP that created miserable play patterns.
