Constant Error Codes. Why?
Few months ago made a post about getting a constant error code MARMOT and needing to Verify my game files constantly. This is still happening. Constantly having to re verify my files every few days or sometimes twice in one session. Its getting pretty frustrating. I have over 4k hours on d2 on this rig with out an issue and now as of re downloading the game in February its almost unplayable for me at times. Now im getting PLUM and bad packets, but i legitimately don't have any issues with any other game on this rig. What is the problem? Has anyone else experienced this??

quick google search says plum means you are using software battle eye doesn't allow you to run.

ok

Constant marmots: your SDD is likely dying. Check eventvwr for details. You might try a

chkdsk * /f /r

in an elevated command prompt to see if it's your FS and not hardware related.

there is litterally nothing running in the background that is against tos. the only thing that it could possible be is the antivirus but i already added battle eye to the list of apps to exclude from the scan.

You really didn't think that thru. You would have to add your anti-virus to battle eye as an exception, if that was possible, which it is not. If it continues, try re-installing battle eye or something, a lot of games uses it and that may have created a conflict.

Hi weirdo,
I got the same error.
And a friend who is still in the game told me that all except 4 players got kicked in the tower.

Ive been having this issue for weeks now. Still no fix. Even changed my ram.

yea this is why i dont believe its a hardware issue on the players end. I dont have any issue like this with other games in my library.
