Broken AI in Pale Heart Lost Sectors

I have had two instances of the AI of the Enemies in Lost Sectors within the Pale Heart being completely broken. The Enemies stand there and don't do anyhing and if I stop damaging them, their health goes back to 100%.

Additionally, certain objectives I have to shoot become un-destroyable, like the small Pyramid tech nodes in The Broken Deep.

Anyone else been experiencing this?

Did you have one of the Traveler's Blessings active, like the 5-minute Pale Blessings?
One of those has been known to bug out Lost Sector enemies like that.

I have Travellers Remedy I think. Probably the cause. if I wait around for a long time the Enemies come to their senses and start doing stuff again.
