mowing enemies unscathed is fun and all sure, but some challenge is always welcomed.
and also you get two chests after encounters instead of one.
If only the campaign was actually challenging on legendary. None of the deaths I had during it felt like I messed up, just overwhelmed by Weavers/Stasis Attendants who pull you around and get you stuck in stasis slows lol.
The actual mechanics of the fights weren't hard, just the enemies doing things out of your control.
"It's not challenging, I just got overwhelmed by mobs because I couldn't prioritize my kills and didn't secure my cover properly".
So it was challenging. Because that's what challenge is. Gotta optimize your loadout for add clear better, keep on top of it, while maintaining your DPS and doing mechanics when an opportunity arises. That's the whole point of the challenge of the Legendary campaign.
Attendants are NOT out of your control. They are red bars, if you deal damage to them they get stunned out of their abilities.
Did that work for you? Were you able to choose one?
I mean, contrary to you, I solo'd the legendary campaign. You had to get someone to kill adds for you because you couldn't deal with Stasis and Strand add mechanics.
It's ok to admit it was challenging and entirely within your own control. Dunno why you're attempting to say it was easy and then adding a caveat that the adds were murdering you with mechanics, but that was "totally not my fault!".
Yes. Talk to ghost after, he gave me a choice of exotics and a full set of 1960 gear.
That's how it worked. Thank you :)
The ghost had not blinked. I would never have thought of that...
I love how adamant you are that enemies are completely under your control. I wish I could be this out of touch with reality.
They are though? They are robots with pre-set actions to perform. You can circumvent them easily. Attendants hurt, sure, BUT THEY ARE RED BARS. If you allow them to live long enough to spawn stasis fields or pull players, you have failed in controlling them, and therefore deserve their CC effect.
I love how adamant you are that it's all so easy, it's because the game is cheating that you die.
Newsflash : no, it's challenging, and you need to hone those reflexes and that situational awareness to deal with the challenges the game gives you.
That only tells me you're ashamed the game is beating you.
