The Message Part 1 Bugged?

I cleared the lost sector and beat the boss. When I went to collect the chest required for progressing through the mission, I got a prompt saying I still needed a boss cache code...even though i killed everything in the sector. Lost about 20 minutes of progress. Restarting the mission and hoping I don't waste another 20 minutes just to run into the same deadend. Anyone else having this issue?

UPDATE: Was able to clear it on attempt #2. Did literally nothing different this time so not sure why my progression was bugged on the first go.

I'm having the same issue, only it never seems to go away. I've tried 4 times now and it doesn't seem to work.
