crashing during temptation

Every time i boot up the mission temptation in the final shape my game will crash in the area where cayde-6 starts talking about his mentor, is there a reason for this and has anyone else experienced this to potentially help me fix it?

I'm in the same boat. It sucks I've been down since Destiny 1 and I preordered and everything but I can't play the pass this mission. Played the opening mission and everything else works fine. Graphics card and processors are way more powerful than recommended. Whyyyyyy????
