doesn't work, needs to be in the vangaurd playlist, literally join strikes and leave if you don't get a vex one, and good luck fighting the other players who wont rez you because they also need to get the challenge done

or if you want an easy way just do gambit and leave if you dont get vex
wow dude that s so rude
And Bungie made it that way, blame the company who made the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ quests not the players who just want to complete it

Went up another 5 tonight, I'm at 2 eververse engrams earned on the perk, and 300k exp into the 3rd one, so rank what would be 113 if it didn't cap at 100.

XP is so easy.
Either it's bugged when looking at the friends list and it shows what lvl they would of been or they are somehow past the lvl 100 cap

I've actually noticed it now pops up "Rank 10X" when you get a new store engram for collecting 500,000 exp passed Rank 100.

So when I got my 6th store Engram, It popped "Rank 106" even though under the old system that would have been Rank 130 (100,000 exp per level, vs 500,000 exp per engram).

It also doesn't actually increment the seasonal pass beyond 100, as those levels will be unlocked for Act 2. Dunno if it'll backfill based on our engram rep.
In the past maybe 10 gambits and vanguard missions i've yet to get a single Vex enemies.
To me, it looks like Bungie want us to grind the living hell out of the game.
This is ridicules.
I know the season ends in a few days, but i gave up on those missions.

Destiny has always been about grinding, no biggie.
But these 3 objectives - "Kill Vex witn Void/Solar/Arc in gambit or vanguard" - are badly designed due to the randomness and the high amount of kills required to complete them.

I did mine while the inside terminus was the weekly nightfall one difficulty above advanced without matchmaking. I did switched location to watcher's grave because vex occasionally spawned there near the public event.

If you have access to the grandmaster node, you can switch to the inside terminus strike but if you don't or already did the inside terminus grandmaster for the gilded conqueror title than you're out of luck.

To unlock the GM node, you have to have the base conqueror title unlocked.
I don't know the name of the Strike, but one of them on Nessus has an accessible Lost Sector near the front. Basically the only feasible way to grind out Vex kills for Vanguard activities in a reasonable pace.
I cleared mine by loading into a NF that takes place on Nessus at a level that doesn't have matchmaking. Instead of doing the nightfall, I zipped on over to the lost sector at Artifacts Edge. 86 Vex in there that all count as you're in a NF.
