Transmigration mission is busted

Went to unlock prismatic on my warlock, the part where you activate prismatic isnt giving a prompt. ive tried resetting the mission, going to orbit, closing the game, nothing seems to work. So right now you can literally not be able to complete or even really start the expansion????

my second character had this problem too, already unlock prismatic but the quest said im in step 1 ? luckily i unlock all the fragments and other stuff on my main character lol

Replay the mission solo

I've already replayed it several times, it doesn't help. I even tried to open all the subclasses, I still can’t interact with the prism, maybe I need to go through the rest of the campaigns before the final one?

still not fixed. for anyone that says "do it solo", that has no effect and I've seen several people confirm that it isnt helping or changing anything. If this isnt fixed by Tuesday reset im gonna flip my lid. paid 50 dollars to not be able to play the expansion on my preferred class

my warlock havent start the campaign yet, when i free i'll try to do the campaign, my titan already have this bug and i dont want my warlock also had the same problem lol, hope they will fix it

Did the mission on Titan and Hunter no issues but on Warlock no prompt as in op. Heres the thing I deleted my old warlock that i did the mission with so this may be the issue but on my new prismatic is not unlocked and still it does not give the prompt on the purple ground before boss.

Done it on all 3 chars. Didnt have an issue since prismatic was already unlocked on the 2 other chars. I couldnt interact with the purple haze thingy before the boss fight but thats because if you already have prismatic unlocked it wont let you.

So, Is there any fix for this or? I still can't play the game because of it
