Unistall your GPU drivers, use DDU to clear out EVERYTHING, then boot into safe mode, install the latest drivers for your GPU (basically a completely fresh GPU driver install like you would for a brand new computer) and see if that fixes it
That or you could have some heating issues (any programs to check on temps and/or GPU usage?)
Get into safe mode first, then use DDU and then restart. You might even want to switch off your internet adapters temporarily so Win update doesn't get drivers for you before you can clean install.
