cant access 'parting of the veil' or 'unveiled' quests to unlock my strand aspects

ever since I finished the Lightfall campaign, the character Nimbus wont even give me the quests to unlock my strand aspects.

Push him off the edge. You might see if u have to visit the library inside for other quests/or rewards u might have missed, there's a spot before there where u also buy strand aspects.

You need to have finished the Unfinished Business quest for the exotic Machingun, Deterministic Chaos, that should be the other prerequisite.

Got to finish the exotic machine gun quest first. He'll only give you the quest for the character that you've done the machine gun quest on, but once you do finish and unlock the aspects they'll be unlocked for all characters (the ability to buy them that is).
