ARCITE 99-40 doesn't have the BRAVE weapon quests?

I want to get the superblack shader, but the vendor only has the normal weekly quests.. Am a returning player from Y2, don't have any of the weapons..

I believe you have to do the Onslaught intro, then it will force you into one of the weapon quests, and then after that you can pick up all the others at once.

If you switch to other characters make sure to pick up the remaining weapon quests on them as well.
