prismatic abillities

i did all campaign at my second char (titan) and i didnt get all my my abilities and aspecst (shive strike, suppressor grenade, consecration, drengrs lash). do u know why? anyone with same issue or can u tell me where i can gain them? with my first chat (hunter) i get them all via campaign. thanks

I have searched everywhere that I can think of and I dont have access to the lost in light and found in dark quests for my 2nd and 3rd character. It is the only thing I need. So I know that needs to be done I just can't find them to start.
