Bungie, it's time to let us wear full matching armor sets

Let's face it, the exotic armor pieces look like doo-doo. Why force us to wear an eye sore and not allow us to wear full matching armor sets? If you say for PvP reasons I'm going to puke.

This. I hate that we can't change Exotic appearance. My Guardian is my in-universe identity, and I don't wear certain exotics just because they throw off the look I want. The current means by which we unlock armour appearances is needlessly convoluted, with the time-gated thread farming that is, it should be simplified, but the current system should instead be used for Exotics.

I want to wear Astrocyte Verse for its appearance, but it is designed around Blink, one of, if not the worst ability in the entire game. If I wanted to use that helmet for its looks, I'd basically be nerfing myself by essentially not having an armour exotic.

This doesn't make sense, if you could have any exotic appearance, that'd make MORE people buy alternate exotic ornaments. You don't buy an ornament for an exotic you either don't have nor own in-game. They would realistically sell more if they were not so strict on how Exotic armour looks.

I haven't worn any Exotic piece for the past 5-10 seasons only now do I use an Exotic piece of Armor for Prismatic but Might change to the Class Item when I get the Roll I want, overall I think it's a Choice to wear an Exotic Armor Piece but I get what you might mean with certain builds it may require a piece or armor which then you can't get a good looking guardian with other armor pieces (Wish you can Transmog Exotic armor fully)

99.9% of players won't care what your build is, what exotic you're running, or anything like that. What a weird point to try and make lol.

Might not be the brightest idea to downplay on a ability when you've only been playing for a couple of months, blink isn't the worst ability in the game.. It just has a really high skill ceiling, blink dominates in pvp if you can actually master it..

As a blink lover, it's absolutely the worst skill in the game by a huge margin. It is completely worthless in PVE and has very minimal benefits in PVP.

I agree with this idea, it should be a option to change an exotic to match gear sets or other exotics you have acquired. I don't even see what other guardians are wearing until the commendation screen usually, but I have to stare at my weird outlying exotic piece all day. But.. I wouldn't pay money for this.

the players that dont care about builds are the bottom 1% of players what do you think this game is
