Khvostov now obtainble or still bugged?

Im stuck at 16 motes of light and wont get the final exotic mote of light dropped from defeating the boss. Anyone know if there is a workaround or when it will get fixed?

doesn't seem to fixed, just rerolled the boss in the blooming about 10-ish times and didn't get the meatball once :(

I got the meatball but it didn't dropped anything for me, so either the issue persists or there is something else affecting the motes.

people are saying the meat ball is back but it doesnt drop the motes

I had to kill it twice for the primordial mote to drop. if you have all Travelers and every other boss killed. Just try killing it twice. I was able to get exotic khvostov a little while ago

Also got the meatball and no mote drop. I thought they turned the boss off until this was fixed, but it's back and still no drop? What is even going on with this thing?

So I have the mote and everything else done but my chest isn't spawning in am I missing something?

Update: I had to kill it THREE TIMES before it dropped.
