Cyst Missions?

How do I unlock these? Do I need to do certain quests? I did the light and dark prismatic melee/super quests already. Am I missing something? Do I have to finish wild card?

you need to go to micah 10 and do the alone in the dark ones and each one unlocks a cyst mission

So I went to Micah 10 and its empty. Just saids to come back later. Is there a quest that needs to be done first?

She does have an intro quest that starts her ghost finding quests.

Yes, you need to do a few of those until you get the Into the Dark quests. Once you get those, you can start the cyst activities.
