Unlocking Prismatic Issue

On my hunter I completed the lost in the light and found in the dark quests but now I don't have them for my warlock. I have not unlocked everything for my prismatic warlock and I don't know how to because the light and dark quest is not at ghost. Additionally I completed the Final Shape campaign and am still unable to unlock all of my Prismatic.

To unlock Prismatic aspects, grenades, and other things on your 2nd and 3rd characters you have to go up to the orange mission banners in the Pale Heart hub and they'll have adventure missions to unlock additional things.

I was able to unlock 2 new things but I'm still missing 2 aspects and 2 supers. Any idea?

I noticed when running the story again on my 2nd character. There were some prismatic chest at the end of some encounters that when opened it gave me nothing. Maybe that's why we are missing some aspects and supers...

Same for me with my 2nd and 3rd pg, I can see the adventures in the tower in the pale heart but after interacting with them nothing happens, no mission starting, no new quest, nothing :(

Same here on my hunter. I completed it on my Titan first, received everything. Then went and got all the chests for the fragments on Titan. Then I played my hunter, I have all my fragments but after completing the campaign I'm missing "Gun Powder Gamble" & "Threaded Specter" as well as no access to Silkstrike Super nor the Shadowshot super on prismatic.

You have to play ALL six of the missions on the alts, all six of the adventures launched from banner staves in the Lost Tower.
A lot of people are missing Home I and Home II because the orange icons do not appear initially when you load into the Lost Tower. You have to get a bit closer to them (on the staircase opposite the one where The Hollow I and II are) before the icons show.
