Report a translation problem
In regards to the crashes, can you please provide a system report?
Please follow the steps outlined below to provide an accurate system report. Please do not follow these steps while Destiny 2 is running.
1. Restart your machine.
2. When you log in, please click on the Windows icon, then type dxdiag. If typed correctly, only one command should appear. Please click it. (If you need to enter the credentials of an administrator of the PC, please do so).
3. Allow the tool to run. A green bar should progress on the bottom portion of the window. If you receive any dialogue boxes as it progresses, please address them accordingly.
4. Once the tool is completed, please click on the "Save All Information" button. Save the resulting text file in an easy to find location, such as your Desktop. Then, close the tool.
5. Open the text file you just created and copy all of text to your clipboard by selecting all of it (Ctrl+A) and copying it (Ctrl +C OR rightclick and click Copy). Then, close the file.
6. Go to pastebin.com
7. In the text box below, paste all of the text in the box.
8. If you would like to make your system specs hidden, you can change the Paste Exposure to Unlisted. This will hide it from the Public section of the site but still allow people to view your Paste. Then, click the Create New Paste button.
9. Copy the resulting URL and reply back to this comment with the URL.
It's basic trouble shooting
They're basically saying "hey, we need info on your machine so we can pinpoint what the problem is"
But if you're uncomfortable posting that kind of stuff, give us this
1. Are you getting error codes with your disconnects?
2. What spec is your PC?
3. Do you have other software running in the background? (overwolf, discord, other overlays etc)
4. In game settings?
DXDiag reports can provide a condense but comprehensive report on your system, without any personally identifiable information. Elements such as driver and hardware information, device mapping and system error reporting are all a part of this report and can be vital to investigate issues with applications.
You should really do as Dante aske, it's a genuine attempt to help you.
There is always a time that things worked before they didn't.
Destiny 2 has been undergoing maintenance, but the maintenance should now be completed.
If you are experiencing any error codes, can you please provide these error codes?
Though do keep in mind the servers just came back up after a 2 hour downtime to prepare for the World's First. Honestly this is just normal for D2 DLC's sadly. first 4 days are the roughest and then the servers are stable again.
Thank you for this!
According to your DxDiag report, your system is reporting LIveKernel error events, error code 141. These error codes have been historically tied to an issue with the graphics card driver. LiveKernel events are system-wide events and are not normally tied to an application, but can be generated if an application causes the error.
Please try performing a clean installation of your graphics card drivers. This can be done through the GeForce Experience application. In the Drivers tab, click on the three dots next to the currently installed driver and click Re-install Driver. Then, when prompted, click Custom Installation. Then, on the next screen, check the "Perform a Clean Installation" check box and click Next.
Please note that performing a clean installation of the driver will reset any setting changes you made in the nVidia Control Panel, so please make note of any customizations you have made before proceeding with this.
Then, restart your computer and try again. If the issue persists, it may be that the current driver you are on is having an issue. At that point, I would contact nVidia Support to see what the process would be to report a bug with the driver and see what the next steps would be. You can also try installing an older version of the driver to see if this helps.
In regards to your error codes, WEASEL is a network connection-based error code and PLUM normally indicates that BattlEye reported an issue. Error code PLUM usually present an error code box from BattlEye stating what the issue is. Do you happen to have that error message as well?
