It's... not that good comparative to 3 of the other Prismatic supers. TCrash with Cuirass cleans house, and for ads Hammers or Bladefury are way better.

It's a fun super and definately good, but above normal mode raids I see its viability tanking as the relic axes become useless. Though this is STC with the star-eater class items coming soon.
