First Mission Still Bugged

Even after the latest update theres no button prompt to acquire prismatic! the most game breaking bug iv come across!!!! Iv not even been able to play the dam campaign because of this!!!!!!!

Do you mean the well of prismatic energy at the very end in the tower?

There are some wells before, when you fight the first shielded enemies. There you are supposed just stand in the well and load your prismatic energy to then become trancendent by pressing "b" (by default)

Are you trying to gain the prismatic buff that allows you the break the overshield of an enemy? If so you can press "B" on your keyboard after absorbing/standing in the prismatic ground effect. And if your on controller you are able to press L3 and R3 at the same time after absorbing/standing in the prismatic ground effect.

its the part where you get into the old tower, then your ghost rambles on and then says '' its as if you can touch it'' or something, so i go to it and no button prompt shows.

iv been arond every mm of that thing and no prompt. iv restarted, iv tried a fresh character, iv verified the game, iv restarted the pc, iv turned the pc off and on. iv even tried turning my router off and on.

i cant possibly be the only 1 with this issue.

Did you already go through once and accept the subclass and then have a bug that forced you to restart the mission? Because...if so you probably already have the subclass and should just continue

Sorry to hear people are having issues with this. All my prismatic abilities spawned with no issues.

I got the prismatic at launch with no issue. but straight after the fight after that i got booted because of the server instability. And when i went back i decided to try a new class (so from fresh) and its been sinse then that iv been having the issue.

So...prismatic is account wide, meaning your other characters SHOULD already have it

Emailed Bungie no reply by now though.

unfortunatly i had to try on a brand new account and that fixed the issue. But it did mean i had to start from scratch. (i had the same issue with the wishender bow as i deleted the exotic kinetic thing. and the only way i could fix it was to make a new account.)

Bungie needs to warn people not to delete a class after acquiring prismatic as it does seem that it will lock you out of getting it again.
